How It Works
Input
Inbound phone call received outside business hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Transformation
AI voice agent answers, determines if the issue is a true emergency (e.g., gas leak, no heat in winter, burst pipe) or a schedulable request, then either pages on-call tech or books a next-day slot
Output
