How It Works
Input
Leads flow into GHL from forms, ads, or manual entry and are moved through pipeline stages as actions occur
Transformation
GHL pipeline board visualizes lead count and value at each stage; reporting tab shows conversion percentages between stages over selected date ranges
Output
Owner can see exactly where leads are dying (e.g., 60% drop off between estimate sent and booked) and adjust messaging, pricing, or speed to address the gap
