The Problem

How It Works
Exported job schedule data (CSV or JSON) from scheduling software such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, or a spreadsheet with job names, assigned techs, start times, estimated durations, and current status
A GPT-based assistant ingests the schedule data and answers natural language questions from staff, flagging tight jobs, overbooked techs, or sequence conflicts without requiring any technical knowledge of the underlying data
Plain English answers to schedule questions, a daily digest of at-risk jobs, and flagged conflicts sent to the owner or dispatcher via Slack, SMS, or email
